Aviation Strategy Group (ASG) is an aviation advisory group offering air transport companies around the world a comprehensive range of services from strategic development and business design through to implementation, management and control.

ASG is not a consulting practice that advises from ‘the sidelines’ or produces heavy decks and powerpoint presentations. Instead, we work directly as part of our client’s team, providing hands-on practical input, and undertaking operational, marketing, and product development tasks.

We are highly experienced project managers, able to deliver on-time and on-budget.  Project capabilities range from strategic start-up or major restructuring programmes, to more specialized projects (where a client may not have either the time or relevant skillset).
